After working in the media for 20 years, Belinda decided to pursue a more meaningful career helping people. She has completed a Master of Counselling, Interplay – Play Therapy Australia’s Clinical Program, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy course, EMDR, LEGO® Based Therapy and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method Facilitator training programs and the Mental Health First Aid course.

Belinda uses a humanistic and a child-centred play therapy approach when supporting families and children. She offers a warm, trusting and safe therapeutic space that allows children to use play as a means to communicate and work through any challenges. Belinda can support children with communication and social developmental challenges, anxiety disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), school refusal, phobias, adjustment disorders, ADHD and depression.
